•· A proven track record of success in both sales and management, with the ability to hire, train, and motivate a team of top quality sales professionals.
•· A strong business-to-business sales background with the ability to assess a prospects needs, develop the appropriate solution and close the deal.
The General Sales Manager is the senior management professional in the Memphis market and leads a team of both inside and outside sales professionals. This person will have to build and maintain his/her own book of business while hiring, training, coaching and motivating a team of sales representatives.

Minimum requirements:
