Job Description
Responsible for management of marketing data, coordination of documentation, written communication, and administration for all assigned managers and directors. Liaison between managers, sales force, surgeons, and in-house personnel. Must be able to work independently, work well under pressure as well as immediately handle product related questions surrounding availability, pricing, sales promotions, and product specifications in the absence of a manager, usually while coordinating heavy telephone traffic from internal departments and external customers.
Required Skills
Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook)
Matrix, SAP, BPICS experience preferred
Required Experience
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing is preferred
Minimum 5 years customer service/marketing experience with problem solving and computer service - bachelor's degree may substitute for 4 years of experience
