STC PERSONNELL COORDINATOR

Job Description To provide on-site Human Resources Administration function for the STC; including all aspects of recruitment, orientation, background checks, employee relations, maintaining employee records, unemployment filings and hearings, and other general HR duties. Provide administrative support for STC management including word processing, records maintenance, data entry and retrieval, and report design and production.
Must have HSD/GED; Bachelor's degree or 4 years of strong administrative office or HR department experience; ability to type 35 wpm; be proficient in word processing and other computer applications (Word, Excel, Access, Infinium, Lotus notes, ATS, AS400, and Microsoft Office); possess basic knowledge of EEOC and employment laws; ability to multitask; excellent verbal/written communication skills; work independently. Prefer PHR certification and fluent in Spanish.
